1.How do I register? 

Registration is available online, in person, or over the phone at any time. Families may also register online for a free trial class. 

2. When can I start?

You can start any time. Monthly fees are pro-rated to reflect the remaining classes in the current month. 

3. What if I have to change the day or time of my child's class?

If you have to change your child's class day or time, stop by the front desk or request a transfer in the parent app. 

4. What should my child wear/ should I bring?

Leotards are highly recommended for all athletes. If a leotard is not available, athletes must wear snug‑fitting athletic clothing. Properly fitted attire is required to ensure coaches can safely and effectively spot athletes during instruction. Hair must be secured in a ponytail, bun, or similar style to keep it away from the face. Athletes are also expected to bring a water bottle to every class. 

5. Do I have to stay to watch my child?

No. Parent or guardian attendance is not required unless your child is 5 years old or younger. 

6. How will I know if my child is ready to move to a different class?

Your child’s progress is continually monitored by their coaches. When your child has demonstrated the skills required for advancement, their coach will notify you and recommend placement in the next class level. Upon promotion, your child will receive a Move‑Up Certificate. 

7. Is there monetary credit given for missed classes? 

No, a monetary credit will not be given for a missed class. Any missed classes will be issued a makeup credit. 

8. How do I withdraw from a class? 

To withdraw from a class, you must contact the office on or before the 17th of the month. Classes are recurring and enroll continuously. Tuition is processed on the 20th of each month and covers the upcoming month’s classes.
